Tips On How to Color the Syringe Silk Screen Printing Machine

The so-called color matching of the Syringe Silk Screen Printing Machine is to combine two or more colors, or use a small amount of colors in addition to the main color, to form a combination of colors. When the colorful inks are distributed before use, the colors to be produced on the color samples are first exposed, and the original (or original) color is correctly distinguished as the primary color, the secondary color, or the multiple color. If it is a secondary color or a complex color, it is necessary to distinguish the share of the main color and the auxiliary color. Secondly, it must be adjusted according to the color indicated by the original manuscript. When compared with the original manuscript, the color difference is small or the same, the distribution can be done in large quantities, and the time should be short and the adjustment should be appropriate. Too little adjustment will result in a strike, and the ink hues will be different, which will affect the normal production; too much will result in unnecessary waste. Ink adjustment is usually done in a place where the light is stable or the light does not shine directly.

Pay attention to three points when adjusting the ink of the screen printing machine: a. When mixing inks, you should add as few inks of different colors as possible. The fewer types of inks, the better the mixing effect. b. Choose the "from lighter to darker" criterion, no matter if you are making light-colored or gorgeous colorful inks, you must be careful when the colors are close to the template. It is best not to mix inks produced by different manufacturers. Try to use inks of different colors from the same manufacturer for color mixing. Otherwise, uneven colors will occur, and the ink will become useless when it is severe. c. Some screen printing inks are dried after drying. Light colors are lighter than undried ones after drying, and darker ones are darker after drying. In addition, whether the color of the ink is different before and after printing is a question that is simply ignored. Generally speaking, after natural and boring (solvent volatile ink), the substrate is plastic, metal, paper, glass, etc., and the color will not change; but if it is a ceramic color material, it will only develop after burning and oxidation. , Can only be graded based on experience. Regarding the boring screen printing ink after heat curing and light curing, the color has changed in depth, as mentioned above. When the amount of ink adjustment is large, the ink adjustment machine can be used, and the color adjustment can be completed in a short time.

The distribution of light-colored ink is generally based on white ink, with appropriate colorful inks. For example, light blue, mainly white ink, with a little blue (cyan); light red, mainly white ink, slightly increasing red; gray, mainly white ink, slightly black; silver gray, mainly white ink, slightly Add silver paste and a trace of black ink. To make light-colored silk screen inks (printing materials), add as little white ink as possible, because white ink is highly active and can easily cause discoloration of other colors.
For silk screen printer workers to adjust the ink well, it is necessary to: a. Understand the various specifications and functions of the ink; make the matched ink suitable for production requirements. b. Grasp the basic knowledge of chromatology, and be comfortable in ink adjustment. c. Analyze the printed color and process technology, find out the color sequence of multiple sets of printing, and avoid incorrect color sequence, miscibility of the two colors, and color changes. d. Pay attention to the brightness of the ink color when adjusting the ink, and if the brightness is large, try to distribute the original color as much as possible, otherwise it is easy to make the transferred ink "gray" and reduce the original color brightness.
